2. Description of Service
IPLocator provides a free IP address geolocation lookup tool. The Service displays publicly available information associated with IP addresses including approximate location, ISP, and timezone data.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use IPLocator to harass, stalk, or harm any individual. You must not attempt to overload or disrupt the Service. Automated bulk lookups that exceed normal usage are prohibited.
4. Accuracy of Data
IP geolocation data is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of location data. Country-level accuracy is generally reliable; city-level accuracy may vary. Do not use this data for legal, medical, or safety-critical decisions.
5. Intellectual Property
The IPLocator name, logo, and design are our intellectual property. The underlying IP data is provided by ipinfo.io under their terms. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL license.
6. Advertising
The Service displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Clicking affiliate links (such as NordVPN) may result in us earning a commission at no cost to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
IPLocator is provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data inaccuracies or service interruptions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
